Getting Your Wallet Ready
Install
Download your chosen wallet from their official website or browser extension store. Never download from unverified third-party links.
Create Wallet
Choose "Create New Wallet". Write down your 12 or 24-word seed phrase on paper and store it somewhere safe offline. This is your only backup.
Copy Your Address
Your wallet address is a long alphanumeric string. Copy it — this is what you'll paste into your Crowdio dashboard to receive SOL.
Paste in Dashboard
Log into dashboard.crowdio.net, go to Settings → Wallet, paste your address and save. You're ready to earn.

Once you've accumulated earnings, claiming is a single button press. There's no minimum amount and no waiting period — SOL goes straight to your wallet on-chain.

Log into your dashboard
Head to dashboard.crowdio.net and sign in. Your home screen shows node status, traffic stats, and total earnings.

Open the Earnings tab
In the sidebar, click
Earnings. You'll see your Available Balance (claimable now) and Pending (being verified — usually clears within minutes). -

Confirm your wallet address
Check the wallet address shown is correct. To update it, go to
Settings → Walletfirst. Solana transactions are irreversible — always double-check. -

Hit "Claim SOL"
Press the Claim SOL button. Crowdio broadcasts an on-chain Solana transaction. You'll get a confirmation with the transaction signature — verifiable on Solscan or any block explorer.

Common Questions
Is there a minimum amount to claim?
No minimum. You can claim any amount of accumulated SOL at any time. The only cost is the standard Solana network transaction fee, which is a fraction of a cent and is deducted from the amount being sent.
How often are earnings updated in the dashboard?
Your dashboard refreshes earnings in near real-time. Newly served traffic appears as "Pending" within seconds, and typically moves to "Available" (claimable) within a few minutes once Crowdio's verification layer has confirmed the traffic was legitimate.
Can I change my wallet address after setting it up?
Yes. Go to Settings → Wallet in your dashboard and update the address. Any pending earnings will be sent to the new address on your next claim. Always double-check the new address before saving — on-chain transactions cannot be reversed.
Do I need to keep my computer on 24/7?
No — you earn whenever your node is running. More uptime means more earnings, but there's no penalty for going offline. The quality multiplier rewards consistent uptime, so the more reliably you run your node, the better your per-GB rate becomes over time.
Will this use a lot of my internet data allowance?
Crowdio only uses spare bandwidth — what your household isn't actively consuming. If you have a metered connection with a monthly cap, you can set a data limit in the node settings to ensure you never exceed it. Most home broadband plans are unmetered, so this isn't a concern for the majority of users.
Do I need to pay taxes on SOL earnings?
Tax treatment of cryptocurrency income varies by country and individual circumstances. Crowdio does not provide tax advice. We recommend consulting a qualified accountant or tax professional in your jurisdiction. Your full transaction history is exportable from the dashboard to assist with record-keeping.
What if I lose access to my wallet?
Crowdio sends SOL directly to your wallet address — we do not hold custody of your funds. If you lose access to your wallet before claiming, unclaimed earnings remain in your Crowdio dashboard until you update the wallet address in Settings. For the wallet itself, your seed phrase is the only recovery mechanism; store it safely offline when you first set up your wallet.
What traffic is routed through my node?
Only traffic from verified enterprise clients is routed through your node — primarily legitimate web data collection such as price comparison, ad verification, and market research. Crowdio's compliance layer actively filters out any requests that violate our Terms of Service. You can review allowed traffic categories in the node settings at any time.
